All pictures uploaded to Mycottageforrent.ca will be compressed and resized to a level that we deem satisfactory to be displayed for visitors to view from your ad page. Pictures can only be in .jpg or .gif format.

MYCOTTAGEFORRENT.CA AND ITS AFFILIATES CANNOT BE LIABLE FOR THE ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THE SERVICE, OR THE CONTENTS OF ANY ADVERTISEMENTS, OR FOR THE CLAIMS OR OMISSIONS THEREIN. THE SERVICE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS OR LOSSES OF ANY NATURE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

IF ANY PROVISION OF THIS AGREEMENT IS HELD TO BE INVALID BY A COURT OF COMPETENT JURISDICTION, THEN THE REMAINING PROVISION SHALL NEVERTHELESS CONTINUE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. CUSTOMER MAY NOT TRANSFER OR ASSIGN THIS AGREEMENT WITHOUT MYCOTTAGEFORRENT.CA'S PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT. THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE PROVINCE OF MANITOBA AND ALL CLAIMS CONCERNING THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE BROUGHT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE COURTS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF WINNIPEG, PROVINCE OF MANITOBA. THE PARTIES HEREBY CONSENT TO SUBMIT TO THE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURTS AND WAIVE ANY PERSONAL JURISDICTION OR VENUE DEFENSES CONCERNING SAID FORUM.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
